Our hours of operation are from 8:00am to 4:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and checks. Web store orders are limited to credit cards only. Please see “Ordering by Mail” for further instruction on paying with checks or money orders.
Order maximum is $350 USD, orders over $350 are subject to decline. We reserve the right to have a customer service representative verify any orders over the $100 amount. This verification will occur over email from [email protected].
ALL PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN USD. Once the order is placed and processed, the conversion occurs when the amount is deducted from your credit card. We do not make up the difference in conversion.
Appropriate sales tax is charged on all orders being shipped from California.
Please write/type your order on a piece of paper and include the following:
- Size, quantity, color preference for each item
- The shipping and billing names and addresses
- Contact info (email address and/or phone number, including area code and country code if applicable)
- Order total including:
8.5% sales tax (if the order is being shipped to California) + shipping cost. (please email us at [email protected] for a shipping estimate)
- We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards for mailed in orders. If you send your credit card number, please include the expiration date and 3 digit CVC code on the back.
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and color because we begin processing purchases immediately after they are submitted online. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be generated once your order has shipped. If you have not received an email with tracking information within 7 days of your order date, please check your SPAM folder, as tracking emails have been directed there. If you still can not find the email, please email us at [email protected]comand we can retrieve the tracking information for you.
* Please be aware that if you purchase 2-day Priority Mail shipping it means the order ships from our facility in 2 business days instead of the standard 4 business days. It does not mean the order will be delivered in 2 days. We do not offer any expedited delivery and we cannot refund any shipping fees once the order has shipped.
Domestic: Please allow 4 business days for orders to be shipped out from our warehouse. Delivery time is anywhere between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
International: Please allow 4 business days for orders to be shipped out from our warehouse. Delivery time is anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on the destination and customs conditions. USPS shipping provides a limited tracking function. Please know that your order is considered fulfilled and expected to be delivered once it has left our facility. You will need to contact your countries international mail provider to determine where the package is once it has shipped, we have no way of tracking the item for you and consider the purchase complete once it leaves our facility.
Most orders qualify for our free shipping promotions, but we reserve the right to cancel any orders which would incur an abnormal shipping cost burden on our end. For these orders we will reach out and offer to fulfill the order with appropriate shipping charges.
Orders "Returned to Sender" by Postal Service
If your package is unable to be delivered for any reason and is returned to our facility, we will issue you a refund for the price of the contents when we receive the package. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for these orders. Free Subscription T-shirts are not eligible for reshipment. Customers ordering from our website should ensure they have their packages delivered to a secure mailbox or location, we cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen once they have been delivered by the postal service.
Return Policy & Order Changes
We will exchange or refund any item still in resellable condition within 30 days.
All returns must be accompanied with an order number, name and reason for return. Failure to properly submit returned items may result in items being shipped back to the original sender. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return.

We try to get you your products as fast as possible, so as soon as your order is placed we begin fulfilling it. Any changes to the order that you may request will be attempted to the best of our ability. However if the order is already in the process of being fulfilled we cannot process any changes at that point.
Please note that orders may be delayed or cancelled if products are out of stock. We will attept to contact you as soon as possible if your order has been delayed for this reason. Please be sure use your current contact information.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Free Subscription Items
We do not replace or exchange any free items included in subscriptions. Including but not limited to free t-shirts, posters and sticker sheets. We are not responsible for free items lost in transit or postal service error. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have selected the correct t-shirt size before placing the order. If your free item(s) get lost in transit, please file a claim with USPS or your local postal provider.
When will I receive the first issue?
Domestic subscriptions take 10-12 weeks to start from the previous issue cut-off.
International subscriptions take 12-14 weeks to start from the previous issue cut-off.
Free t-shirts (if applicable) are typically sent within 1-3 weeks of ordering.

Missed or Damaged Issues
For domestic subscribers we offer one reship per subscription for any missed or damaged issues. For missed or damaged issues beyond the first reship will be made up with an extension of your subscription. After 2 extensions we recommend a partial refund for your subscription. If you are receiving multiple damaged or missed magazines, please reach out to your local post office to file a claim.
For international subscribers we offer an extension for any missed or damaged issues. After an extension of 3 issues we recommend a partial or full refund of your subscription. Please email for any missed or damaged issues. [email protected] All subscriptions that miss a total of 3 consecutive issues will be cancelled, refunded and deemed undeliverable.
Please be sure your shipping address is up to date to ensure you do not miss any issues.
Renewing Your Subscription
You will receive a total of four renewal notices when your subscription is close to expiration. Two will be mailed to the address on file, and two will be sent to the email attached to the account. To ensure there is no gap in the subscription, please remit payment along with the first renewal notice. We do not replace any issues missed due to late renewals. We are not responsible for any issues missed due to invalid or no address change.
Please note that if your address has been updated via USPS, this does not mean we were notified of the change. All address changes must be done via our website or email.
Subscriptions made on third-party websites have an unusually long wait time due to the initial processing of your order done at these third-party agencies. Once the order is done processing at the third-party agency, it is then sent in the mail to our facilities (This first step of processing takes an additional 2-4 weeks.) Once the order has arrived in our facility, it is then entered in the same order it has received. All of our subscriptions have an 10-12 week lead time for subscriptions which is based on the cycles provided to us by our fulfillment center.
Free t-shirts are not included in subscriptions made on third-party websites. The promotion is only valid through our website.
The fastest and most reliable way to subscribe is directly through our website.
Subscription cancellations take 8 weeks to cycle. Please email [email protected] to have your subscription cancelled.
Subscriptions older than 6 months are nonrefundable.
International customers who attempt to purchase a US subscription are subject to have their subscription cancelled (at any time) and orders will be refunded. International Customers must purchase the correct subscription at the correct rate.
Subscriptions for Incarcerated Individuals
Please note that in accordance with prison guidelines Inmates cannot receive a free t-shirt with their subscriptions and we do not ship the free item to an alternate address. Please note that subscriptions must be properly labeled (I.E Inmate ID after the last name, correctional institution in the company line etc).
We are not responsible for issues that are not received due to improper address submissions.
