Esiri Erheriene-Essi is a London-born, Amsterdam-based fine artist who works from found photography she meticulously collects. She says of her paintings, "It's mostly surface, it's mostly aesthetic. It's in the pose, how it looks, and the memory it triggers. Most of the time, it's like I don't really know why I select it. It's just something I like about it, then I will just buy or save it. Then I take it to the studio to find out why I'm intrigued by it and what I can act on."

The print is available as a timed-release, available through Monday September 14, 2020. Proceeds from the sale of this print will go to support the Museum of African Diaspora in San Francisco.
